My experience with PRISM™ has been very positive. The fact that I can now input the current cost and renewal cost when quoting helps my agents present a very simple but powerful presentation when meeting with clients. The side by side presentation then becomes the key to the presentation. The rest of the reports back up what is being discussed with the side by side reports.

The reports I use most frequently are the Census, one of the Side-by-Side reports with Cost included, the Plan Grid, the Employee Rate breakdown, and the Plan Summary with Table Rates and the Benefit Summary.

All the reports are professional in appearance and easy to use. I have heard from a few of the agents that the order and contents of our quotes have been part of the reason the clients want to work with us. PRISM™ helps close the sale.

We moved our quoting system to PRISM™ from one that we were paying for. The previous system we were using was a bit too complex; it would take me a long time to get the reports and numbers to display in a way that the client could understand. PRISM™ makes it easy for agents to close a case.
