Regional Sales Manager
Growing, but still small, employee benefits general agency providing marketing, administrative, underwriting and enrollment services to brokers is seeking a Regional Sales Manager.
Responsibilities include developing new business with brokers in the medical, dental, vision, disability, life, behavioral and Section 125 markets. You will promote broker awareness of our brand identity and identify successful sales strategies. In collaboration with the service staff you will lead the promotion of establishing relationships with agents and brokerages in the regional area.
We are looking for a successful track record of at least five years in consultative selling in the employee benefits/insurance industry. The selected candidate will have the ability to map strong business development strategies, be a team player and understand industry trends. A degree or equivalent experience and current Life and Health insurance license are required. Must demonstrate qualities consistent with the company’s high standards and values.
