Marketing Administrator

Walnut Creek based group benefits general agency is seeking a smart, hardworking, professional and self-motivated individual to fill a full-time Marketing Administrator role.

Exceptional office skills.
Experience in supporting all corporate marketing initiatives and activities?

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Administration of the fulfillment of all marketing communications to brokers
• Maintain marketing communication schedules and ensure they are kept to
• Maintain “Do Not Call” lists
• Maintain marketing collateral inventory
• Administer association marketing efforts
• Administer changes and updates to corporate website
• Administer all aspects of Claremont broker events

Qualification Requirements

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills Intermediate-level skills in MS Excel Confidence and ability to communicate and liaise effectively with senior-level associates
