Blue Shield of California has announced that there will be no quarterly rate increase January 1st for the PSP 1800 and PSP 3000 HSA-eligible high-deductible health plans** for small groups. This applies to groups whether or not they enrolled in these plans through our Suite Deal portfolio.

And there’s more good news: For all other small group plans, there will only be a quarterly rate increase of 1%-3%.*
