Delta Dental Premier (FFS)
A managed fee-for-service plan, Delta Dental Premier offers optimal freedom of choice through agreements with over 91% of dentists in the state of California. Members may visit any licensed dentist; out of pocket costs are kept to a minimum by visiting a Delta dentist. Delta Dental Premier can solve employer needs for out-of-state and worldwide coverage.
Delta Dental PPO
Delta Dental PPO offers the advantages of a fee-for-service plan with significant in-network provider savings. Members save money by utilizing over 12,200 Delta PPO locations in California, or can access any non-contracted provider at a higher rate for services provided.
DeltaCare*
A value-added DHMO plan with zero to no co-payments, and no deductibles or annual maximums, DeltaCare provides up to three cleanings a year, comprehensive orthodontia treatment, and orthodontia takeover from other plans. A full service, affordable option for dental care, the DHMO network provides access to over 2,300 dentist locations in California.
Delta Dental Voluntary PPO
Available to groups of 5-99 employees, the Voluntary Plan is open to all industries. Waiving the $50 annual deductible for diagnostic and preventive services, and offering optional child orthodontic coverage to groups of 25+ enrollees, this plan from Delta presents another way to enhance the group benefits portfolio.
Delta also offers the opportunity puts together the value of a dental HMO with the freedom of a managed fee-for-service plan. Combining a flexible dual-choice product with one blended premium, members have the opportunity to move from one dental plan design to another – and back – throughout the existing plan year.
Serving as a resource to benefits managers, enrollees, brokers, dentists, the public and media, Delta Dental’s website offers information about Delta products & services; dental health information, education & trends; and online customer service. It offers the dentist directory, online identification cards, Spanish enrollment pages, and more.
Defining new options for complete benefits packages, small groups with Delta Dental plan coverage may now choose to place EyeMed Vision Care for each Delta enrollee.
