PPO/Indemnity Plans offer a variety of plans that follow conventional dental insurance designs, including calendar year maximums, deductibles, and co-insurance payments.
Scheduled Benefit Plans. Scheduled Benefit Plans eliminate network restrictions and co-insurance calculations. A Schedule of Reimbursements lists all covered procedures and the amount that SafeGuard will reimburse for each.
Vision Plans. With plans covering comprehensive exams, frames, lenses, and contact lenses at varying benefit levels, the right vision plan can be found for any small group. Offerings include a “Hardware Only” plan to complement medical coverage that offers vision exams.
