SmileSaver offers two dental plans: The SmileSaver DHMO and ChoicePlus – a dual choice DHMO paired with a PPO/Indemnity plan.

SmileSaver's dental HMO currently covers approximately 280,000 members through a network of 2,700 participating California dentists. Members have the flexibility to choose their own dentist from the network, paying no deductibles, and with no annual maximum benefit limit. These key features, plus affordability, make the SmileSaver DHMO an excellent option for providing quality care to today’s employer groups.

Employers may also choose ChoicePlus, a fee-for-service option bundling the DHMO with PPO or Indemnity plan options. ChoicePlus provides the ease of an HMO - no deductible, claim forms or annual maximum benefits – while the PPO/Indemnity portion provides choice & flexibility within the preferred provider network. PPO/Indemnity users pay a $50 deductible, and can choose an annual maximum benefit of $1000, $1500 or $2000 to best suit their needs. Orthodontic benefits are also an employer option.
