Brokers now have direct access to Health Net’s employer portals, making group account management faster and easier. Actions available in the portal include:

Membership Management: Enroll or remove members, update records, and run reports.
Billing: View invoices, payment history, balances, and more.

How To Set Up Access:

For Groups Applying to Health Net for New Coverage:
- New groups authorize broker access on the 2025 Group Service Agreement (GSA).
- Employers can opt out by checking a box—otherwise, broker access is granted automatically.
- Note: Employers are still required to complete portal registration before broker access becomes active.
- After employer groups register, brokers can make changes on their behalf—no employer log-in is needed for updates.

For Existing Health Net Groups:

- For your current Health Net cases, Health Net’s Employer portal still allows groups to manage broker access to billing and enrollment tools through the Manage Accounts & Reports tab:
  1. Select Manage Broker Access on the right side of the page
  2. Click Manage access & preferences under the broker’s name
