UnitedHealthcare has extended, through October 22, 2020, their policies waiving cost-sharing for COVID-19 testing-related visits, testing and treatment, as well as telehealth coverage for COVID-19-related services. Learn more.
Covered California has announced that the IFP COVID-19 special enrollment period deadline is being extended to the end of August in order to give consumers additional time to sign up for health care coverage during the pandemic.
The California Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC) and the California Department of Insurance have also extended the IFP COVID-19 special enrollment period through August 31, 2020, which applies to all health plans (on- and off-exchange) in the individual market. Get the details.
