California Expansion

Cigna + Oscar is expanding their small group plans state-wide across CA. Effective April 1, 2021, your clients with 1-100 employees can get C+O in these service areas:

Rating Areas 2-8 (Bay Area, Greater Sacramento, and North Bay):
Alameda, Contra Costa, El Dorado, Marin, Napa, Placer, Sacramento, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Solano, Sonoma, and Yolo counties.

Rating Areas 12, 14-19 (Central Coast, Inland Empire, Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego):
Kern, Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura counties.

With rates comparable to Kaiser, and networks that include UCSF, Stanford, and Sutter, Cigna + Oscar brings together the power of Cigna’s nationwide and local provider networks, and Oscar's member-focused tech-driven experience, to deliver small group health insurance that understands the unique needs of California small businesses and their employees.
