• Relaxed Participation Requirements extended to December 31, 2021.
• Teladoc no cost visits will continue to December 31, 2021.
• Specialty Benefits Bundling program dental and vision plan rates are 10% lower when offered alongside Blue Shield medical.
• New myStrength self-service, digital behavioral health tool is being offered to manage members' behavioral health needs at home 24/7/365.
• Amazon Pharmacy launches home delivery for Prime and non-Prime members.
• Broker Bonuses - earn $50 per new member and $50 more for each member, new or renewing, who enrolls in a Trio HMO or Tandem PPO plan. Plus, earn $25 per member when using the Employer Enrollment Tool for medical coverage.

New Small Business Program and Updates

Delta Dental has announced a new easy-to-sell small business program for 2021 effective dates. Included are new plan names and designs, and optional coverage features.

Now your clients can choose from three levels of coverage: Deluxe, Advantage, and Core. And employers can stretch their budget by offering a dual choice plan and Core buy-up option.

The newly enhanced 2021 PPO plans offer higher annual maximums, expanded access to orthodontics, and white resin fillings on all teeth. What's more, a lower-cost DeltaCare USA plan (17B) has been added as well. Learn more about the 2021 plan and underwriting updates.

FSA COVID-19 Relief

COVID-19 relief for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) was introduced in the recent federal government year-end spending bill signed by President Trump on December 27, 2020.

The year-end spending bill provides five opportunities for employers to ease concerns over losing FSA funds. In many ways, the guidance temporarily suspends the “use-or-lose” aspect of an FSA. Get the details.
