ACA Reporting Extension –
Individual Mandate Penalty Rollback

The IRS, on December 22, announced that it is extending a key deadline for large employers and small self-insured employers giving them an extra 30 days to furnish certain forms to employees. Also on December 22, President Trump signed a tax reform law that included a provision which zeroes-out the individual mandate penalty.
