MetLife has announced that employers with fully insured dental PPO plans will receive a premium credit on a future bill in the amount of 25% for the months of April and May 2020.
In addition to this latest MetLife action to help provide relief to employers, MetLife has also announced:
- 90 day grace period for premium payment.
- Renewal rate pass for employers with less than 500 employees (June 1 - September 1, 2020 renewals).
- Continued coverage for furloughed employees, as long as the premium is paid.
- Normal waiting periods for re-hires will be waived.
