Heather Chandler, Regional Sales Manager
 

We’re excited to welcome Heather Chandler to the Claremont team. As one of our Regional Sales Managers, Heather is looking forward to helping brokers in both Northern and Southern California grow their books of business through proven sales strategies and solutions.

Heather has over fifteen years of experience in employee benefits including various sales roles at Health Net, BenefitMall, and LISI.

She uses a well-developed team approach to work collaboratively with brokers to close business with their employer clients, solve problems, and provide carrier market knowledge to brokers and their staff.

When not working with brokers, Heather spends most of her time in her second job as professional scuba diver. She'd love to teach anyone that's interested! Learn more.

With Blue Shield's new broker Medical Incentive Program, you can earn up to $100 per enrolled member in both new and renewing business:

  • $100 for each member who enrolls in a Trio HMO or Tandem PPO plan as part of the initial sale or during renewal.
  • $50 per enrolled medical member in all plans excluding Trio and Tandem plans.
  • $25 per enrolled member when using the employer enrollment tool.
