Last week Governor Newsom signed AB5. Taking effect on January 1, 2020, AB5 makes major changes to how California employers can classify workers as independent contractors or as employees.

You can earn:
$100 per enrolled new member on new sales.
An additional $100 for new members enrolling in a Trio HMO or Tandem PPO plan. For renewing groups, the bonus will be based on net-new Trio and/or Tandem membership.
