CaliforniaChoice is stepping up to make the transition easier for your groups and offering you a new Health Net Transition Bonus.
For every Health Net member who transitions into the CaliforniaChoice program, you earn $100 per enrolled member. There are no maximum bonus and no minimum group size to qualify
