Claremont uses a secure method to deliver email that contains sensitive client information and we are providing you a free method to electronically deliver documents to our office securely.
As you may know, it’s no longer advised to send Protected Information in the body of an email or in an unencrypted attachment. Protected Information includes: Personal Health Information, Personally Identifiable Information, and Federal Tax Information (examples).
Receiving Protected Information from Claremont
When we send you Protected Information by email, our message will include a link, that when clicked, connects instantly to our secure web site. Simply log-in (first time only) and access the Protected Information. Easy!
Sending Protected Information to Claremont
There are two ways:
- Follow this link (we recommend you bookmark it for future use).
- Click the link at the bottom of any Claremont email message.
We encourage you to send all your Protected Information using our secure service.
Documents that should be sent securely (partial list):
- Spreadsheet with employee information, such as addresses, tax ID numbers, medical ID numbers
