Derek Fahlman, Customer Engagement Manager (CEM), marks his 5th anniversary at Claremont. Derek was instrumental in the creation of the CEM role five years ago, and served as Claremont’s very first CEM. His drive to understand broker needs uniquely is powered by his prior experience as a broker and his many years of hospitality customer service. “Derek works tirelessly to ensure our broker customers are successful winning new business and retaining their in-force group,” says Renee McLemore, Claremont VP of Sales & Marketing. “His competitive nature to win is only outdone by his natural instinct to be a true team player.
