Covered California for Small Business Launches PayNow

Covered California for Small Business (CCSB) has launched PayNow on their Employer Portal. Existing CCSB groups now have a more convenient way to pay* their invoices. Best of all, PayNow’s online payments allow employers to save time by eliminating checking writing, stamps, and mailing mishaps.
How to Easily Set Up PayNow:
Log in to CCSB’s Employer Portal. If an employer account hasn’t been created, follow the prompts to register. The most recent invoice will be needed.
Select “View Invoices” from the top menu bar or directly from the homepage dashboard.
View the employer’s current account summary and invoice history. Use the PayNow feature to pay the current account balance.
*Registered users pay by ACH, personal or corporate check. Credit cards are not accepted. New groups must pay by check.
