To make it easier for your clients to stay on top of billing, Principal has announced they will send an email notifying employers that their bill is ready. The primary billing contact will receive the notice each month. At that time, they can log in to Principal’s eService and pay their bill electronically.
If your client has elected to receive a paper bill, the primary contact will still get an email. Then, a few days later, they’ll receive a paper bill in the mail. They can pay electronically or by sending a check in the mail.
