Small Groups Transition to OneSpot from Employer Connection Plus

In August, Blue Shield of California will begin transitioning Small Business groups to OneSpot from Employer Connection Plus (EC+) to help you quickly and easily manage your benefit plans online. The migration will be done in waves based on a group’s effective date, concluding in the first quarter of 2016.
OneSpot features and benefits:
Submit coverage selections for new hires, life-event eligibility changes, and coverage terminations.
Perform open enrollment selections upon renewal.
Reduce manual processing and remove guesswork from employee eligibility and effective dates.
Generate custom reports including: Group Detail, Employee and Dependent Census, Transaction History, Transaction Confirmation and more.

Please note: OneSpot is only available for groups that have completed the transition from Employer Connection Plus. Blue Shield will notify you approximately 60 days in advance of the transfer.
