Prop 22 also enacts several labor and wage policies, specific to app-based drivers, including a requirement that companies provide healthcare subsidies to drivers who work more than 15 hours per week. The value of the healthcare subsidy is based on the average monthly premium of Bronze plans in the Covered California individual marketplace.
