CaliforniaChoice Launches ‘Member Marketplace’

CaliforniaChoice medical clients can now offer enrolled employees the new Member Marketplace, an employee-friendly portal for purchasing and enrolling in popular, vetted and affordable supplemental products directly from MetLife. Typically these products are only available to large group clients.

Included MetLife Products (with links to PDFs)

Accident Insurance
Provides a lump-sum payment to be used as your clients see fit.
Critical Illness Insurance
Helps your clients have the financial stability necessary to focus on healing during a difficult time by providing one lump-sum payment.
Hospital Indemnity Insurance
Supplements existing health insurance coverage by helping pay for hospital stays.
Legal Plans
Offer access to an experienced network of attorneys who will provide consultation and representation on diverse issues.

These products are only available to members enrolled in a CaliforniaChoice medical plan. Employees waiving medical coverage will not have access to the Member Marketplace.

Get paid each time a member from any of your CaliforniaChoice groups enrolls in any Member Marketplace product(s).
Option to opt-out your CaliforniaChoice groups from receiving Member Marketplace marketing. Log in to calchoice.com and go to My Profile and select Preference/Setting to choose which groups you’d like to opt-out.
