Starting with December 1, 2020 effective dates, new and renewing groups have access to all four metal tiers with Total Choice.

More network options became available starting with July 1, 2020 effective dates, including the Anthem Blue Cross PPO Prudent Buyer Small Group full network. The Anthem Blue Cross Prudent Buyer PPO includes all physicians and physician groups in Anthem’s Prudent Buyer PPO Network, which gives CaliforniaChoice members access to more than 70,000 providers and 400+ hospitals.
