About two years ago, large swaths of our workforces were sent home as the world faced a pandemic of global proportions that stood to upend life as we knew it. • Handling employee requests to work remotely.
  • EEOC Guidance on the ADA and remote work.
  • Potential wage and hour issues.
  • Remote work agreements.
