It’s now much easier and more flexible for small groups to enroll with Health Net!

Health Net Underwriting Changes – Summary

Minimum enrollment lowered to 4 employees (was 5).
No participation requirement for groups with 10+ enrolled employees.
For groups with 4–9 enrolled employees: only 25% participation needed.
Mix and match any plans/networks—no restrictions.
Employees covered by another carrier (through the same employer) don’t count against participation.
No DE9C, payroll, ownership documents, prior carrier bill, or participation attestation required (except valid waivers for 4–9 enrolling).
