Lea joined the Claremont team in 2021 as a Broker Service Representative, having previously worked at an independent brokerage serving as a Senior Benefits Analyst and Account Manager. Lea was promoted to Broker Solutions Specialist in 2026, gaining additional responsibility in creating solutions for brokers and their clients, and mentoring members of the Claremont service team.
When not working, Lea and her husband enjoy scuba diving, traveling, and spending time with their fur-babies — cats Ava (Tabby) and Otis (Russian Blue), and their Pomeranian puppy Loki.
