‘A Partnership That Pays’ Broker Bonus Program

Agents who place new small group business with Covered California for Small Business (CCSB) from July 1, 2026 – January 1, 2027, can earn up to a $9,000 bonus per group, in addition to competitive commissions. You’ll earn $500 for groups with as few as five enrolled employees and up to $9,000 for groups with 51-100 enrolled employees. Write 6 or more groups, and get 50% more bonus at every level!

Gift Card Bonus Program

For every PPO fully insured dental group you sell, you’ll earn a gift card based on the group size:

• $100 Gift Card for 3–20 Members
• $250 Gift Card for 21–70 Members
• $500 Gift Card for 71+ Members

Plus, add vision or life insurance alongside the dental plan, and you’ll receive an additional $25 per line.

Broker Bonus Program

To earn extra income:

• Enroll 3 new fully insured dental cases.
• Enroll 50 new dental members. Minimum of 50 newly enrolled group PPO members must be from groups enrolled during the thirteen months.**
• Renew 85% of your groups from your current book of business.
• Fulfill one of the three level requirements:
  • 2% Bonus: Enroll and maintain a minimum of $1,500,000 in annualized earned premiums.**
  • 1.5% Bonus: Enroll and maintain a minimum of $750,000 in annualized earned premiums.**
  • 1% Bonus: Enroll and maintain a minimum of $150,000 in annualized earned premiums.**

**Bonuses on fully insured PPO premiums. Bonus period is from July 1 to June 30 of the following year.

Small Business Broker Rewards Program

Retention Sales Bonus

To qualify, retain at least 85% of your book of business through 2026 and meet a new sales reward level. If you do both, you’ll earn a bonus for each. If you’re new to Delta Dental, your new sales alone will qualify.

• New Sales Bonus Tier 1:
  0.5% bonus when you retain 85%-89.9% of your existing business.
  1% bonus when you retain 90%-94.9% of your existing business.
  1.5% bonus when you retain 95%+ of your existing business.
• New Sales Bonus Tier 2:
  1% bonus when you retain 85%-89.9% of your existing business.
  1.5% bonus when you retain 90%-94.9% of your existing business.
  2% bonus when you retain 95%+ of your existing business.
• New Sales Bonus Tier 3:
  1.5% bonus when you retain 85%-89.9% of your existing business.
  2% bonus when you retain 90%-94.9% of your existing business.

New Sales Bonus

Once you’ve met your retention goal, there are three levels of sales rewards. New sales bonuses are based on the number of new groups or total new premium received for effective dates in 2025. As you sell more and retain your existing business with Delta Dental, your rewards grow. And this program is on top of your existing standard small business commission.

• Tier 1: 3% bonus – 5-14 new groups or $50,000-$149,999 new premium.
• Tier 2: 4% bonus – 15-29 new groups or $150,000-$299,999 new premium.
• Tier 3: 5% bonus – 30+ new groups or $300,000+ new premium.

Ancillary Multi-Product Bundling Program

Boost your sales! Add employer paid dental, vision and life, and your clients can reduce their ancillary product premiums by 5%. The discount only applies to groups with 2-100 employees when new Health Net dental coverage is purchased with an additional Health Net vision and/or life insurance product. This discount doesn’t apply to voluntary dental or vision.

Broker Bonus: Earn Up to $800 for Bundling Dental

Humana’s Dental Bundling Bonus is back for June 1 – October 31, 2026, for new groups with 10–299 enrolled.

Place a new Humana dental plan with at least one additional line of coverage (vision, life, or disability) with the same employer and same effective date to qualify. The more lines placed with the group, the more your bonus grows. Download the Broker Bundling Bonus Flyer.

Multi-Product Advantage

Earn 1.5% additional broker compensation when selling dental plus two coverages.
How it works:

• Step 1: sell a dental plan and at least two new coverages from two or more different product groups.
• Step 2: verify qualifying criteria and ensure that each case has dental coverage, 10-99 eligible lives, and 10+ lives enrolled in each product. All coverages must be sold and implemented at the same time.
• Step 3: earn an additional one-time payment of 1.5% of the annualized premium for each product sold.

TriNet has enhanced its 2026 Referral Incentive Program with new earning opportunities for brokers who deliver eligible new business between June and September 2026 — with the potential to earn more by closing multiple deals.

The Base Incentive

For eligible new PEO or OMS clients with a first payroll date between June 1 and September 30, 2026, brokers earn a one-time bonus in addition to their standard referral fee:

• $5,000 for new clients with 10–49 worksite employees (WSEs)
• $10,000 for new clients with 50+ WSEs

Payouts follow a two-part schedule: 50% in October 2026, and the remaining 50% in October 2027, provided the client remains with TriNet at the time of the second payout.

Close More, Earn More

TriNet is rewarding brokers who close multiple eligible deals (10+ WSEs) during the initial June–September window with extended earning periods:

• Close 2+ eligible deals during the initial period, and you’ll unlock an extension through October 31, 2026. Additional eligible clients with first payrolls in October 2026 are paid 50% in November 2026 and 50% in November 2027 (contingent on the client remaining with TriNet).
• Close 3+ eligible deals during the initial period, and the extension runs through December 31, 2026. Additional eligible clients with first payrolls between October and December 2026 are paid 50% in January 2027 and 50% in January 2028 (contingent on the client remaining with TriNet).

Eligibility is limited to broker-referred new PEO/OMS clients with a completed and funded first payroll during the applicable incentive period, subject to verification and TriNet’s eligibility criteria. Terms are subject to change at TriNet’s discretion.
